Physical location accessibility services

Our company considers it very important to provide quality, professional, equitable and accessible service to all our customers, including people with disabilities.We do our best to ensure accessibility for all types of disabilities.

Handicap accessible parking:
The hotel has three (3) accessible parking spaces, located near the hotel’s entrance
There is no height restriction

Hotel’s main entrance:
The distance from the accessible parking spaces to the hotel’s main entrance is 22 meters
The main entrance door width is 160 cm

Public accessible lavatories:
The accessible lavatories are located on the 1st – 2nd 3rd & 4thth floors
The lavatory door width is 86 cm
A folding grab bar is available
The lavatory door opens outwards

Reception desk:
A lowered and accessible desk is available
At the guest’s request, a registration card folder will be provided for in-room registration.
An Induction loop is available for guests with hearing disabilities

Elevators:
Elevator door width – 90 cm
Elevator interior size – 145 cm x 110 cm
Elevators include a voice announcement system for the vision impaired
Elevators include Braille buttons to assist the vision impaired

Swimming pool:
An accessible path to the swimming pool is available
A wheelchair lift is available in the swimming pool

Spa:
The hotel features a spa allowing for treatments in an accessible environment (reservations must be made in advance)

Self-service buffet bar height is 90 cm
The hotel’s dining room staff are trained to help accommodate requests by guests with disabilities

Accessible rooms at Hotel Yehuda:
Guests can request from our reception desk a “hearing impaired kit” for use in our rooms
Guests may request to change the height of the bed or move furniture around within our accessible rooms

> Our banqueting halls feature public address systems and accessible furniture.
